FinanceGuideline’s credibility depends on recognizing and correcting mistakes quickly and transparently. This policy describes how we do that.
Our commitment
When we identify a factual error, we correct it as quickly as possible and flag the update on the article, along with the date it was made. Significant errors receive a correction note explaining what was changed.
How to request a correction
If you’ve found an inaccuracy, write to allan.stenks@gmail.com with the subject line “Correction,” including the article link, the passage in question, and, if possible, the correct source. We’ll review it and respond as quickly as possible.
Right of reply
People or organizations mentioned in our content who believe they’ve been misrepresented can request a right of reply through the same channel. We review every request seriously and in good faith.
Types of changes
- Correction, fixing a factual error (name, number, date, quote);
- Update, adding new, relevant information about an ongoing story;
- Clarification, improving an ambiguous passage without changing its original meaning.
